Security deposit $500, $1000 for music festivals (Country Fest, Deerassic Classic, Races ETC).  

 

Cleaning fee $100 (excessing cleaning will result in extra fees)

NO SMOKING IN CAMPER, will result in a $500 cleaning fee. 

 

Insurance $30

Additional fees:

• Pet fee $60 per stay

• Firewood $20 for wheelbarrow load (about 3 nights)

  • If you book a 7 night stay and buy 3 nights worth of wood, we will supply the other 4 nights for free!!

  • Four camping chairs included, additional chairs available for $5 per chair per stay

• One water tank fill for primitive camping (about 46 gallons) $20

• Honda generator for primitive camping $30 a night, includes 1 tank of gas

• 10x10 Canopy $20 per stay, $100 if destroyed
