Cancellation Policy

If cancellation occurs:

• Thirty (30) or more days prior to the delivery date (Commencement Date), we will refund one hundred percent (100%) of the rent.

• Between fifteen (15) and twenty-nine (29) days prior to the delivery date (Commencement), we will refund fifty percent (50%) of the rent.

• Fourteen (14) or fewer days prior to the (Commencement Date), we will refund zero percent (0%) of the rent.

Otherwise, the cancellation policy is strict.

 

Insurance and taxes are always refundable. The service fee is not.
